By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide exterior and interior window cleaning, pressure washing, post-construction cleaning, Gutter Cleaning and related services for residential and commercial properties.
All services are performed based on visible conditions at the time of estimate or inspection.
2. Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates are based on information provided by the client and visible conditions.
Pricing may be adjusted if:

Actual job conditions differ from those originally described

Additional buildup, debris, or damage is discovered

Restoration-level work is required

Access limitations affect labor time

Safety concerns arise
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during service, we reserve the right to pause work and provide a revised quote

Opt-Out Instructions:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved electronic payment methods. Installment plans (such as Afterpay, if offered) are governed by the provider’s terms.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or trip fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
Weather-related rescheduling is permitted at no charge.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
Our obligation is limited to re-performing the affected portion of the service. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
6. Pre-Existing Conditions & Property
Risks
Clients acknowledge that exterior surfaces and windows may already contain pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratched or etched glass

Failed window seals

Oxidized frames
-
Hard water stains
-
Paint damage
-
Loose caulking
-
Cracked or weakened surfaces
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
7. Pressure Washing Disclaimer
Pressure washing involves inherent risks to surfaces.
We are not responsible for damage to:

Loose paint
-
Aging concrete
-
Deteriorated siding
-
Landscaping
-
Improperly installed fixtures
Clients are responsible for identifying fragile areas prior to service.
8. Post-Construction Cleaning
Construction debris such as paint overspray, concrete splatter, stucco residue, and adhesive materials may require specialized restoration services.
Standard window cleaning does not guarantee removal of permanent or chemically bonded materials.
If restoration is required, additional charges may apply.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide clear access to service areas

Secure pets

Remove fragile items near work areas

Provide water and electrical access when needed

Notify us of special surface conditions
Failure to meet these requirements may result in service delays or additional charges.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless [DBA Name] from claims arising from unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, or client negligence.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida and Broward County, Florida.
Parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
